Sandwich Showcase: OMG Egg Croissant from Norbert’s Good Food

Norbert’s Good Food (of Selwood Green Farm) takes up residence at the Seaport Market. Fresh, organic home grown veggies are the main players here, supported by local meats and breads. The OMG Egg Croissant Sandwich is a best seller and the signature breakfast meal.

“A single organic or free range egg omelet featuring That Dutchman’s gouda cheese, Roselane Farm bacon, seasonal organic veggies, all folded into a La Vendèenne organic croissant and grilled on our Panini press.  Served with a side of tender organic salad greens”.

It’s as good as it sounds.

If you spend any time at the market, you’ll notice that a lot of the vendors eat here. It is good wholesome food prepared with love. Norbert’s fresh produce is also for sale. Find it at the far north end of the market.
